- The 68302 can be used in slave mode. Besides the DMA you get DMA
- driven Serial Lines for UARTS or HDLC, and some parallel IO. Kind
- of a super IO chip for a 68040 which there are app notes showing
- the interface for. I think this just falls into the <$40 range,
- but you would have to check.
